Waldmann’s MACH LED PLUS.forty machine luminaire receives upgrade to new smart PWM interface

Wheeling, IL – Waldmann’s popular line of MACH LED PLUS.forty LED machine lights provide high illumination even in the most restricted of spaces with their slim, compact form factor, measuring just 1 ¾ inches in diameter. MACH LED PLUS.forty versions are now also available with a PWM (Pulse-Width Modulation) interface and digital input for cold switching. PWM is a modulation technique used to encode a message into a pulsing signal, in this case with flashing and flicker-free dimming of the MACH LED PLUS.forty light fixtures when a machine is testing its operation.

Available in four lengths, and four output levels with options of a 40° narrow or 90° wide beam angle the MACH LED PLUS.forty lights deliver low-glare, uniform lighting with soft transitions. A choice of mounting brackets allows for even more control of the light direction, increasing the possibility to customize light to machine. Viton® seal for high degree of protection.

Constructed of solid aluminum housing and 4mm thick safety glass, MACH LED PLUS.forty is highly resistant to coolants, lubricants, high temperatures, shocks and vibrations – any harsh environment prevalent in today’s machining. Integration and connection are easy with an M12 connector (included), and various models allow for thru-wiring, if desired. MACH LED PLUS.forty offers 60,000 hours of maintenance-free operation that is both energy and cost efficient to help keep busy machining environments running smoothly.
