LED technology has revolutionized medical lighting equipment design and Waldmann has taken the initiative to further develop a product with a renewed quality of light that is energy-efficient and ergonomically-friendly. Featuring state-of-the-art, high-output LED technology, the new Triango sets the standard for a modern exam and procedure light.
The benefits of designing around the LED light source are immediately apparent. The difference can be found in the sophisticated, meticulous design, compact housing, digital controls (within arm’s reach), and ability to customize light levels at will. By developing the Triango from the ground up as an LED product, Waldmann was able to combine premium light quality, precise adjustability, and energy efficiency with ease of use. The overall power consumption was kept to 30W while maintaining light output levels at above 50,000 lux measured at one meter. Additional benefits include a 4500K color temperature, dimming ability, as well as the absence of heat emanating from the light source, adding comfort for both patient and physician.
